This course is recommended to students who have a real interest in mathematics or wish to study courses such as Engineering, Physical Sciences or Economics.
What you will learn in this subject:
Calculus is the study of change. Through it students will learn about how to determine speed, distance and acceleration of objects moving according to a given equation. There are two aspects to calculus: Differentiation and Integration. They will also revisit ideas related to graphs and algebra and be introduced to Complex Numbers.
Where this subject will lead:
This subject is good preparation for studying Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Engineering or Economics at University.
